At a signing ceremony held at the OSEA 2016 in Singapore, SSB managing director Peh Lam Hoh said
the companies would look to market their capabilities to existing and potential clients in South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Peh added, “There has been a surge in enquiries for small scale LNG membrane vessels over the few years hence the potential to develop small and mid-scale LNG applications and to realise these regional opportunities.”

“We are confident the JV between Sing Swee Bee Group and Gabadi will be very fruitful and will grow significantly in the coming years as we expand our footprints in this region.”

The joint venture will be strengthened with the guidance of International Enterprise (IE) Singapore, with group director of the government body’s transport and logistics group, Law Chung Ming, saying the partnership with Gabadi would strengthen SSB’s capability in providing small scale LNG supply chain solutions to clients in the region.

Law commented, “IE is very excited by such collaboration to develop small and mid-scale LNG applications and we want to work with more Singapore companies to realise such vision of opportunities in LNG together.”

SSB are currently participating at the gasworld south East Asia conference held in Bangkok.
