Responsibilities:
- Perform customer services roles which include handling customer’s enquires, providing up-to-date information on new and existing products to customers, taking standard order and providing post sales services etc.
- Handle sales order, preparation of quotations and contract letters etc.
- Administration of documents according to ISO Quality Manual.
- Liaise with Suppliers.
- Check Supplier’s specification against the sales enquiries.
- Prepare agenda and take minutes for sales meeting.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with ISO audit system and procedures will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well organized, self motivated and resourceful.
- Able to work independently.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Alternative Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm
