Responsibilities:

  • Perform customer services roles which include handling customer’s enquires, providing up-to-date information on new and existing products to customers, taking standard order and providing post sales services etc.
  • Handle sales order, preparation of quotations and contract letters etc.
  • Administration of documents according to ISO Quality Manual.
  • Liaise with Suppliers.
  • Check Supplier’s specification against the sales enquiries.
  • Prepare agenda and take minutes for sales meeting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Familiar with ISO audit system and procedures will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well organized, self motivated and resourceful.
  • Able to work independently.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Alternative Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm
